Zellamid® 1500 X

 "Zellamid 1500X")
ZELLAMID® 1500 X is a high-temperature-resistant plastic that can be used continuously at temperatures of up to 260 °C. The material is also resistant to hot water and hot steam. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties at both high and low temperatures below minus 150 °C.
The exceptionally good sliding friction behaviour, especially under high surface pressure and at high sliding speeds, is a significant advantage of ZELLAMID® 1500 X .
This PEEK type has a slightly higher temperature resistance and impact strength than the PEEK known on the market. Due to its lower ion emission, it is an ideal material for electrical, electronic and semiconductor applications.
