GENERAL INFORMATION
As a company, we want to be informed of any suspicious circumstances so that we can investigate them and remedy any possible wrongdoing. To this end, we offer a simple way to report potential violations of the rules via our whistleblower system.

HOW CAN A REPORT BE SUBMITTED?
You can use the email address provided to quickly and easily report concerns or misconduct that you believe could harm our company or the well-being of employees or third parties.
Please note that this email address must not be used to make false accusations. Knowingly reporting false information is prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution!
If you wish to report something verbally, please contact our employees (Uttendorf location, telephone: +43 6563 20020-255 or Vienna location, telephone: +43 664 80918234). Our employees are here to listen to you and will treat your report and your identity confidentially.
It is possible to submit reports directly to the relevant authorities. However, we ask that you share your concerns with us directly. This allows you to contribute to long-term improvements in our company in an unbureaucratic manner.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR REPORT?
When you send your email, your report will be forwarded to the relevant member of our staff and treated confidentially.
Once we have received your report/email, you will receive confirmation of receipt within seven days. You will also receive feedback on the content within three months.
ANONYMITY
You have the option of providing an email address that does not reveal your identity so that we can respond to your report!
However, we would like to encourage you to give your name when submitting your report. As a whistleblower, you are legally protected against any form of reprisal in the European Union. You therefore do not have to fear any professional or personal disadvantages.
